hey, i'm edi eduard draghici, founder & full-stack developer

i'm 23 and i live in cluj-napoca. i build software and companies.

so far i've bootstrapped a consumer ai app to 8,000+ users and co-founded a 7-person software agency with b2b clients in romania and the uk. right now i run eddsoftware.com and i'm in the second year of a master's taught in german.

i've been building software for clients since my first year of university. most recent first:

    my own software studio, sibiu and cluj-napoca, 2022 – present

    i build software for businesses, end to end: web platforms with seo and analytics (sia restaurant & hotel sibiu, hairtistic studio cluj), ai assistants for e-commerce, production management systems.

    i also run a direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand solo: store, marketing, fulfillment, logistics.

  2. babeș-bolyai university, master's in advanced information systems

    taught in german, 2025 – 2027 (expected), 2nd year

  3. dive software, co-founder & cto

    custom software agency, 2025 – aug 2026, exited

    co-founded the agency and grew it to a 7-person team shipping products for b2b and enterprise clients in romania and the uk.

    led project management and the engineering team: planning, delegation, code ownership, technical lead on client projects. we built web and mobile apps with react native and next.js on supabase.

    ran client acquisition with my co-founder: outbound and inbound campaigns, discovery calls, proposals.

    built our delivery infrastructure and internal tooling, including a crm for projects and clients with ai document analysis (next.js, claude api).

  4. fitazi ai, founder

    ai fitness app, 2025 – jan 2026

    designed, built and marketed the product end to end. grew it to 8,000+ users fully organically: content-led growth, no paid ads.

what i work with:

typescript, react, react native, next.js, node, supabase and vercel for most things. java, spring, python and sql when the job calls for it.

i build with claude, codex and other ai agents every day, and i ship llm features in client products.

i speak romanian natively, english at c2 (cambridge) and german at c1 (dsd).
